**职位：**课程顾问（全职）

**招聘人数**：2名

**岗位职责：**

**1. **负责学院各项课程的宣传和招生工作；

**2. **接待客户来访咨询，解答客户对学院及课程相关的疑问，根据客户需求制定适合的学习方案与规划；

**3. **负责学生入学报名文件的提交，安排学生入学和开课。持续进行学习进度的跟踪，以提高学员满意度；

**4. **积极主动宣传公司市场信息，建立良好的客户关系，共同树立企业品牌形象；

**5. **完成上级安排的其他事项，包括按时参加学院的会议，定期参与公司组织的技能培训工作。

**任职要求：**

1、 O水准及以上学历;
2、 中英文表达流利，具有教育/留学/移民行业从业经验，熟悉新加坡本地教育、升学、工作、移民政策；

3、有两年以上销售相关工作经验者；

3、 熟悉电脑操作，能够熟练运用Word, Excel, PPT, Photoshop等办公软件；

4、 热爱教育行业，客户服务意识强，具有较强的沟通和表达能力强，性格开朗热情；

5、 能承受工作压力，目标感强，学习能力强，勇于挑战高薪高指标；

6、 具备良好的销售意识和沟通技巧，有责任心和耐心，有良好的团队合作精神，能适应灵活的工作时间；

**Job Position: Course Consultant**

**Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Recruiting and providing expert advice to students on a full range of courses and engaging working people to up-skill;
- Settling appointments of customer visits for consultation, providing admissions counseling services, proposing suitable training solutions, and learning strategies to customers.
- Complete other matters arranged by superiors, including attending college meetings on time, and participating in skills training organized by the institution.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good communication skills and is bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Adept in using Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
- Responsible and patient in engaging and handling customers’ requests.
- A keen learner and have a quest for life-long learning.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and work independently as well as in a team.

**Salary**:
Basic salary + Commission + performance reward
