Asset Manager

**Purpose**:To plan and manage the inventory and allocation of equipment to ensure maximum resource utilization.
***Essential Duties/ Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure timely allocation of equipment for all projects (domestic and international).
2. Monitor progress of all ongoing projects, prioritize task and team assignments when a new project is confirmed, or in accordance with any change in the scope or status of projects.
3. Work closely with the Technical Managers in order to make sure that technical scope is well communicated, and all equipment, purchases, sub-rentals and facilities and services requirements for projects are understood and addressed by the Department.
4. Work closely with the Warehouse to complete packing lists.
5. Work closely with the Sales department in order to provide information on equipment availability for new sales opportunities.
6. Work closely within the Operations department to ensure all activities such as packing, unpacking, checking incoming and outgoing shipments, etc. are in accordance with the project schedules and needs.
7. Ensure timely action towards any project update by providing timely information on all project matters to departments/individuals who are responsible to take action based on that information.
8. Support onsite staff when dealing with any issue related to logistics, third parties, or equipment shortage and breakdown, by acting promptly, and leading the effort for resolving the issue per SOP
9. Oversee the function of Equipment Allocation to ensure that a systematic quality control is in place to avoid errors and prevent problems in project execution
10. Manage project planning team, whose responsibilities include:
a. Track current and future equipment utilization
b. Provide sales with equipment availability on potential projects
c. Advise and support the kit allocation and kit movements
d. Generate packing lists
e. Ensure accuracy of:
i. Converting equipment lists to packing list
ii. Converting packing lists to physical shipments
11. Communicate & co-ordinate with Repair and Logistic admins so that, the equipment preparation and movement are plan in accordance with the project’s needs and deadlines.
12. Supervise and guide the Allocation Assistant on the process of equipment allocation.
13. Assist in updating Equipment by recording serial numbers of newly purchased equipment/parts and labelling the equipment/parts according to company’s standards.
14. Foresee implications and highlight to COO/ Director - Operations key issues that may arise for eqpt allocation for jobs or purchasing work matters.
15. Assist and work with Warehouse Team for Physical Inventory and Audit Process.
16. Assist Accounts Department during PPE period.
17. Any ad hoc duties related to Operations department.

4. Composed and ability to manage work activities under a fast-paced environment.
5. Demonstrate flexibility in work arrangement and ability to prioritise.
6. Competent and being able to manage at least two (2) areas of job knowledge with grasp of the various equipment / components used in the outside broadcasting sector.
7. Meticulous and eye for details
8. Proficient in Excel Skills
