Ot Cyber Security Consultant

Local Unit & Position Description:

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Drive OT Cyber security initiatives in the energy and oil & gas industry.
- Work as a project manager and technical lead on projects to accomplish the overall delivery of the optimum solutions to customer within the timeframe, costs and quality standards established.
- Understand and analyse testing requirements to prepare test plan and test design, prepare test environment and perform the test.
- Support preparations of reports, delivery of presentations and completion of project reports to customers.
- Business development and sales activities including identifying opportunities for wider integration of services, defining solutions for customers, preparing proposals and bidding for contracts.

Position Qualifications:

- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience on industry OT systems (electrical power system, oil and gas, or renewable energy)
- Deep domain knowledge in industry OT business processes, IT/OT architectures, 7 layers of OSI model, and standard industrial communication protocols (MODBUS, IEC 104, DNP3, IEC 61850)
- Passionate about network engineering, computer engineering, and cyber security
- Hands-on experience in cyber security assessment, system automation projects, programming, system administration (Windows/Unix/Linux, Network devices, etc)
CREST Registered Penetration Tester (CRT) or Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) is preferred
- Familiar with Cyber Security standards (ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST)
- Good communication, presentation and written skills in English
- Excellent team-player and self-starter
- Willingness to travel abroad (up to 30% of the time)
**Good to have but not mandatory**:

- Knowledge of OT asset management and operation systems including SAP, GIS, SCADA/EMS/ADMS
- Any security certification like CISA, CISSP, CREST, GICSP will have an added advantage
