**Position: Social Worker (upon completion of training)**

Key Responsibilities:
As a Social Worker with Blue Cross Charitable Institution, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of individuals and families.
- Conduct interviews with individual to assess and review their situation
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans to address social and emotional challenges.
- Provide counseling and support services to individuals facing various life challenges.
- Collaborate with other professionals and community resources to ensure holistic support.
- Advocate for the rights and well-being of clients and communities.
- Organise, manage, and evaluate programmes run by the centre.
- Participate in training, supervision and team meetings

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.
- No prior social work experience requires; this is a Place-and Train Programme.
