HSBC Wealth Management leads the Asia-Pacific implementation of our global strategy to deliver world-class solutions to retail and private clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve or transfer their wealth. This involves the development and management of needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **VP, Advance Team Head.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Responsible for providing sales and service leadership to the branch team with a focus on planning and formulating branch development activities
- Drive excellent sales performance for the branch and aggressively grow and strengthen branch market share of retail products, in particular, the Bank’s investment and insurance related products
- Drive and expand customer relationships through consistent sales and servicing of personal and commercial financial service products
- Direct and control the operations and administration of the Branch to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
- Develop a sales and service driven team in the Branch, in order to deliver quality customer service and proactively encourage referrals of the Group’s products and services
- Retain customers by providing a one stop service within HBSC Group

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Relationship management experience with team leading exposure
- Strong technical skills in wealth management
- Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills
- Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills
- Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system
- Understanding of business banking client segment and products and services
