As an AP you will require strong story-telling abilities, a keen eye for visual detail, be familiar with research techniques and sources and have sharp writing skills. You should also demonstrate balanced and objective judgement and editorial decisions based on a thorough understanding of editorial guidelines, the target audience, programme and departmental objectives.
