The role of a Customer Service Officer is to provide support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. In addition to regular customer service responsibilities, he/she may also play a role in supporting company events. You will be reporting to Store Manager.

- Communicate in English and Mandarin to do simple translations.
- Support the company’s campaigns, seminars, and events.
