**Roles and responsibilities include:
**Office Space**

1. Maintenance and keeping entire office cleanliness and hygiene

inclusive of toilet, conference room, living room, dining area etc.

2. Responsible for floor caring, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, all

glass cleaning, removing of trash

3. Performing cleaning of office desk and chairs, dusting, disinfecting,

and polishing of surfaces and furniture

**Washroom and Pantry**

1. Taking care for cleaning and sanitizing the restrooms

2. Organizing for storage of beverages, snacks, and washing of

culinary and utensil

3. Keep track of stock to replenish for pantry order such as coffee,

beverages, snacks and culinary, utensil

**Entertainment Area**

1. Cleaning of refrigerator, coffee-machine, wine cooler, cigar

humidor, Karaoke System

**Service and Hospitality**

1. Serving coffee and tea

2. Table set-up / preparation for Founder’s lunch or dinner

entertainment (occasionally)

3. Collecting of incoming mails from letterbox

4. Attending/ receiving visitor

The House Keeper must take up the role of liaising with different vendors - suppliers and contractor in relation to the upkeeping of water/electricity/furniture maintenance and breakdown matters. Possess attitude of responsible, reliable, flexible and willingness to complete all reasonable tasks assigned as a well trusted full-time housekeeper.

**Job Requirements**:

- Energetic and physically fit to perform duties mentioned above
- Independent and creative in carrying out all tasks effectively without

supervision
- Ability to organize and improve task-lead assignment on

effectiveness with efficiency
- the storage of dining utensils, dried food, drinks
- Experiences is housekeeping function in similar background or in

hotel environment will be an added advantage
- Work hour and duration: Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

(include 1 hour lunch break), Saturday 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.

1. 冰箱、咖啡机、酒柜、雪茄盒、卡拉OK系统的清洁

**服务和款待**

1.供应咖啡和茶

2. 餐桌布置/为创始人的午餐或晚餐娱乐做准备(偶尔)

3. 从信箱收集来信

4. 接待来访者

管家必须承担与不同供应商(供应商和承包商)就水/电/家具维护和故障事宜进行联络的作用。他/她必须负责任、可靠、灵活并愿意完成分配的所有合理任务以及值得信赖的全职管家。
