**Job Description** What you get to do in this role**:
- Take ownership and responsibilities of identified key strategic programs in ACE operations
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on program impacts for APJ region
- Lead strategic initiatives to integrate, collaborate and execute on new and expansion of operational programs
- Provide informed counsel to management team to formulate accurate business decisions
- Create and implement efficient, repeatable end-to-end processes across the region in support on the identified programs
- Monitor and manage programs’ KPI’s and measurements by providing regular reporting updates to management
- Enable and train field teams on adoption of strategic programs - ensure field teams have full understanding of program frameworks, processes and KPIs
- Provide solutions to issues and challenges which may delay program rollouts
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure programs are aligned with internal processes and policies
- Aim for business scalability through programs such as simplification and standardization of processes and associated infrastructure.
- Translate business requirements into program representation and execution
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on the continuous enhancements of the ServiceNow Partner Program regionally and globally
- Represent ACE APJ’s business requirements to the global team responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancement of the programs
- Interact with all the relevant key stakeholders in the region to understand, consolidate and represent their requirements on the programs
- Work with the global team to ensure that the systems support the business requirements of the ServiceNow Partner Program
**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:
- 8-10 years professional working experience, thereof 7+ in channel sales or related area
- Good understanding of partner programs and general indirect channel market in the region (preferably in relations to cloud enterprise software and SaaS)
- Strong skills in project management and execution
- Proactive, systematic and has good problem solving abilities
- Fast worker with excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- People Oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- Results driven and able to work independently
