**SENIOR DEVELOPER**

Tescom is an IT consulting firm providing a range of professional services in functional testing, automation testing, cyber security testing, performance testing, independent IT auditing, usability testing, resource augmentation, IT support and training.

We are looking to hire a **Senior Developer **, to join us in an exciting engagement. This is a rewarding role that you to review, audit and advise a development team in their coding practices and unit testing activities.

**Responsibilities**

1. Review, audit and advise the development team on:
a. Unit testing activities.

b. Coding best practices

c. Secure coding best practices

**Qualifications & Experience**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

2. At least 5+ years of experience in software development in**:Angular, Spring, Java**

3. Those with additional experience in Microservices and AI/ML, will be at an added advantage.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues.

5. Excellent English communication skills.

6. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.

3. Fast learner and able to quickly understand complex systems.
