**Production Planner**:

- Experience Level: Recent College Grad- Job Type: Full-Time- Location: Singapore - Singapore, SG- Requisition ID: 4639**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Day-to-day scheduling coordination with Qorvo’s assembly and test facilities in Asia
- Own to drive the supply expectation in Qorvo's ERP system (SAP) to meet revenue goal
- Engage Inside Sales Team and Business Unit to communicate on demand and supply changes and provide recommendation for build strategies
- Support dynamic material set with frequent demand changes and drive to meet customers' requirement
- Pro actively identify risk and opportunities and manage through escalation process to meet revenue goal
- Work with our Supply Chain partners to manage around material shortages
- Collaborate with both internal and external partners to manage supply through short-term and long-term bottlenecks
- Work harmoniously with cross-functional teams to help manage key corporate metrics (On Time Delivery, Inventory Turns, PO Commitment Cycle Time, etc.)
- Help manage strategic inventory objectives with internal business unit partners
- Manage aggressive production ramps for strategic customers
- Support NPI team on expedite & balancing production and NPI as require

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain or related field
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in both English and Chinese to work with subcons and factories in different parts of Asia who are Mandarin speaking
- Excellent interpersonal skills adopting customer centric mindset
- Proficient in SAP and Excel
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Independent team player and is able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Fresh graduates with good attitude are welcome
