**Roles and responsibilities**:
The Video Producer/Editor will be responsible for creating, curating, and editing engaging content across all our social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to produce visually appealing content. This rockstar should a strategic thinker with a knack for storytelling and a passion for digital media.
- **Social Media Storyteller**: We live in the age of social media, and your role will be to craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience. Create video content for our social media channels, making sure each post is a work of art that keeps our followers engaged. From reels to long-form videos, you'll be the driving force behind our visual storytelling efforts.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards for all visual materials. Ensure that every piece of content is not only visually stunning but also consistent with our brand guidelines.
- **Feedback & Adaptation**: Be open to feedback and willing to adapt your creative approach based on input from team members and stakeholders. We value collaboration and believe that the best ideas often come from diverse perspectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Design Expertise**: You are a visual storyteller at heart. You should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create captivating content across various mediums.
- **Software Proficiency**: Mastery of software is a must. You should be highly skilled in Video Editor software and other creative software, including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Your expertise in these tools will be the foundation of your creative work.
- **Creativity Unleashed**: Innovation is in your DNA. We're seeking someone who can push creative boundaries, think outside the box, and consistently generate fresh, groundbreaking ideas. You're not just a designer; you're an imaginative problem solver.
