Set up as a company doing conservation and building maintenance in 2002, Aegis Building & Engineering Pte Ltd has expanded our services to conservation, preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings and supply of quality and skilled tradesmen for clients comprising hotels, commercial and industrial buildings. Aegis is always on the lookout for new opportunities to grow our business. We are now moving beyond our comfort zone of B2B into B2C market and provide services to residential homes. **Senior Ops Exec (Online Handyman Platform)**

**Key Roles / Responsibilities**

1. Drive the go to market campaign to create market awareness and engagement, generate leads and convert them to business opportunities.

2. Propose a holistic approach to establish Aegis’s brand across all online and offline platforms to manage market changes.
3. Design and implement business plan that expands company customer base and creates business opportunities and service offerings on Aegis online platform.

4. Drive new sales initiatives and programs for Aegis online platform to achieve wins in 2 areas: clients and profits.
5. Take ownership of the end-to-end process management of Aegis online platform eg. sales acquisition, fulfillment and post sales services.

6. Accountable for Aegis online platform service provider engagement and management model.

7. Accountable for Aegis online platform sign-ups and sales targets and ensure team meets and exceeds sales goals.

8. Accountable for the development, design and operationalisation of Aegis online platform.

9. Manage and grow client relationship.

10. Ensure end to end integration across the entire service value chains across all Aegis’s LoB i.e sales, finance and operations.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business or related areas.

2. Experience in sales, marketing, product management or B2C is an advantage.

3. Strong interpersonal skills.

4. Strong analytical, problem solving, time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
