The Marketing Executive will form paid media strategies and framework and develop digital marketing capabilities so as to maximise publicity and revenue for the arts centre.
As part of the Marketing Engagement team, you will support engagement initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and effectiveness in our marketing communications to drive awareness of outreach efforts and activities for Families, Schools, Youth and Seniors.
**Key Responsibilities**
Paid Media - Planning, Tracking, Operations and Management
- Assist and support Manager/Senior Manager in media campaign planning to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
- Day-to-day campaign management from digital ad set-ups to post campaign delivery, including but not limited to social, programmatic banners, YouTube, TikTok etc.
- Work with various internal stakeholders to ensure all assets for ads are provided correctly and according to specifications and requirements, deadlines are met and communicated clearly.
- Liaise with appointed media agency to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns.
- Ensure smooth delivery of campaign operations, continuously monitoring, adjusting and analysing digital ad performance to ensure pacing, KPIs and targets are met.
Segment Engagement - Marketing and Operations
- Assist the Manager/Senior Manager to develop and implement engagement strategies to connect and engage with various audience segments including Families, Schools, Youth and Seniors to create public awareness of the Esplanade brand, the _Esplanade&Me_ loyalty programme and our centre offerings for these targeted segments.
- Assist the Manager/Senior Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for PIP’s PLAYbox to ensure quality experience for patrons and drive engagement goals.
- Support in ensuring smooth marketing operations matters of programmes and campaigns for these segments. Usually a role that requires working with and liaison with other departments and vendors.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including but not limited to processing of invoices, budget tracking, and reports.

- Tertiary qualifications; diploma or university degree in Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 year’s working experience preferably in Marketing with keen interest in digital marketing, social media and paid media
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Meticulous and excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative team player - responsible, reliable and accountable
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and multiple deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, to liaise with cross-functional working teams
- Open-minded, flexible and a keen attitude towards learning
- Competency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- General knowledge and interest in the arts is important
- Experience with Social Media Marketing and/or Digital Marketing is a plus.
