Shipping Officer

Job Description and Responsibilities:

- Input data through online system
- Issue shipping certificates/documents
- Prepare Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Statement of Accounts
- Handling general administrative support duties for departments
- Responsible for managing a small group of people (less than 5)
- Responsible for dealing with work problems with management
- Any ad-hoc duties assign by management

Job Requirements:

- Experience in shipping documents (e.g. Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Export Declaration)
- Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Good writing skills in English
- Diploma or higher
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good team player with a positive attitude and aptitude
- Proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Willing to travel overseas (attend meeting etc) whenever is needed
