At Intwo we're looking for a Managing Director Intwo (Singapore) to join our team.

Full-time - Singapore

Your role entails overseeing the entire Intwo business within the APAC region in alignment with the global strategy and objectives. You will provide leadership and motivation to a team of experts, taking a holistic approach from a managing director’s standpoint. This includes overseeing commercial, operational, financial, and HR aspects in a harmonious manner. As a result, you will primarily drive organic growth, hand in hand with remarkable customer satisfaction (measured by NPS), and work to secure new business partnerships, to ensure robust growth in regional profitability.

Intwo is a services business, so your cross-functional people management skills are crucial.

**Responsibilities**:

- You lead and direct the team of experts in the region in an inspiring way.
- You spearhead regional strategy formulation, beyond just presiding over it.
- From a commercial perspective, you define growth plans and execute them, take responsibility for large clients, and manage a small team.
- Design and implement new sales-led initiatives.
- Responsible for growing and optimizing revenue and profitability in the region in general terms and via customer profitability focus.
- Maintain a healthy and bidirectional relationship with the Global Directors and Management Team, including regional RIB and SE companies.
- You carry the responsibilities associated with the statutory director of the legal entities in the region.
- Supervising operations and implementation. That means running the business day-to-day by producing sound plans, spotting problems and opportunities early, and responding adequately to them.

Authorizations
- Authorized to hire, appraise, and conduct performance reviews for staff within budgetary limits.
- Authorized to engage in sales and purchasing contracts within the company authorization policy.
- Authorized to negotiate prices with the customer and give discounts above authorized margin limits.

Tasks
- Plan your sales, operations, and administration activities in clearly defined weekly monthly, and quarterly cycles.
- Source new business opportunities through own network via various methods (warm own network, social media, cold calling, Microsoft networks, and events).
- Bring out offers alone and with the sales team and negotiate with customers.
- Acting as senior spokesperson to customers, partners like Microsoft, and suppliers in the region, to find opportunities, support sales, and market position.
- Leverage relationships with Microsoft and others as a strategic partner in sales strategy and execution
- Work with Marketing to Drive lead-generation initiatives to increase new logo opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on company systems and management reporting about all aspects of the business, to provide global management with a prominent level of visibility regarding opportunity and risk status and reliable forecasting.
- Attending industry events on behalf of the company, networking, and giving public speeches where necessary.

Education & experience
- University-level education, and technology background an advantage
- 15 years+ experience in Cloud Service Provider business with the managerial position
- Advanced Knowledge of Cloud and Microsoft Business Applications technology; any knowledge in Low Code / No Code Applications and Data AI is a huge plus.
- Experience in direct sales as well as operating with channel partners.
- Minimum 5 Years working in APAC.
- Knowledge of regional legal & compliance requirements (APAC)
- Fluent in English both written and verbal. Being fluent in business Mandarin is an advantage but not required.
- Proven sales or commercial management track record.
