- **Problem-Solving**:Assist in decision-making and handle day-to-day challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in an executive setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
