PPP Coffee, formerly known as Papa Palheta, is a leading specialty coffee roaster in Singapore, with over 10 years of sourcing, roasting and serving specialty coffee to the community through its owner-operated F&B outlets, as well as its network of over 50 partner cafes, restaurants and offices.

In 2019, PPP Coffee opened its first multisensory F&B retail concept at the newly revamped mall at Funan. Besides the PPP Coffee store, PPP Coffee also operates Chye Seng Huat Hardware in Singapore and PULP in Malaysia.

As part of our plans to bring more communities together through coffee, PPP Coffee is seeking a Retail Associate to be part of its growing community. In this role, you will act as the brand ambassador on the frontline in engaging with the coffee community by providing a high-level of service at the store, and providing product sampling, demonstrations and recommendations on coffee and brewing equipment for both budding home brewers and coffee aficionados.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the PPP Coffee store at Funan
- Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding daily and monthly sales target
- Ensure all visual merchandising are aligned with brand and promotional guidelines
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a high standard of service is provided in the store at all times
- Conduct and provide product sampling, demonstrations and recommendations on coffee and brewing equipment
- Perform cashiering duties for all retail-related transactions including refunds, exchanges and transfers
- Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Participate in regular product trainings and keep up-to-date on new products and in-store promotions
- Track, monitor and maintain store inventory and ensure accuracy in monthly stock take
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly closing reports

**Minimum Requirements**
- Service oriented and team player
- Fixed base + monthly commission
- 5-day work week including weekends and public holidays
- Able to speak fluent English and/or communicate confidently with a diverse group of people
- Passionate about connecting people with coffee
