Creative Lead, Video Editor

**Creative Lead, Video Editor & Motion Designer**:

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Leadership**:

- Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of creative projects, including animations, VFX, motion graphics, and hybrid productions.
- Maintain high standards of quality and creative direction, ensuring deliverables align with client goals.
- Manage and lead project teams of video editors and motion designers, and coordinate with external 2D and 3D animation, interactive, and post-production teams.

**Project Management**:

- Develop and optimize pre-production, production, and post-production pipelines to enhance productivity, efficiency, and output quality.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Client Engagement**:

- Present creative proposals and maintain client relationships through clear communication and regular updates on project status.
- Ensure a client-centric approach with a strong focus on satisfaction and delivering measurable outcomes.

**Team Development**:

- Mentor and guide junior creatives and freelancers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Coordinate with 2D, 3D, post-production, and interactive teams to ensure seamless project execution.

**Production Oversight**:

- Supervise on-set operations for live-action productions, including directing and VFX supervision.
- Develop and supervise the pre-production, production, and post-production operations pipelines for animation and hybrid productions, oversee compositing, editing, and delivery of content across digital platforms, social media, and advertising campaigns.

**Creative Content Development**:

- Ensure alignment with brand identity, creative briefs, and audience expectations.
- Develop original IPs, characters, and narratives for marketing and experiential projects.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:7+ years in video production, motion design, post-production, or related fields, with proven leadership experience.

**Technical Skills**:

- High proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Expertise and technical skills in video editing, 2D animation, motion graphics, compositing, and VFX.
- Knowledge of live-action production techniques, including camera, lighting, and sound.

**Creative Vision**:Strong storytelling abilities and a proven track record of delivering impactful creative content.

**Project Management**:Experience in operations pipeline development and managing multiple stakeholders.

**Communication Skills**:Excellent client servicing, proposal development, and presentation skills.

**Collaboration**:Ability to lead and work effectively within cross-functional creative teams.

**Industry expertise**:Experience working with prominent clients in sectors such as finance, technology, government, and media.

**Versatility**:Experience working on video production, motion design and animation projects for corporate clients, TVCs, educational content, documentaries, music videos, short films, social media content, and more.

**Other skills**:Experience directing voiceovers and guiding creative teams. Familiarity with interactive and hybrid media production.
