**Get to know the Role**

Feel the satisfaction of delivering marketing campaigns that drive visible impact in the market, and more importantly shape the future of Grab’s services as we aim to make the lives of Singaporeans more seamless.

You will be responsible for delivering go-to-market plans and launch campaigns that drive the Mobility vertical in both Demand and Supply, as well as new verticals such as GrabExpress. To do this, you will need to be equally creative and analytical in order to deliver insightful and meaningful campaigns to our key audiences.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Assist the Mobility Marketing Team in planning & executing all marketing programs across both Demand and Supply.
- Work closely with Creative team, agencies & internal stakeholders in delivering great campaigns & collaterals that help drive targets and results, including but not limited to
- digital & social communications, activations etc.
- Critical to be able to work closely and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across departments with ability to manage and work under challenging timelines.
- To succeed in the role, you need to be a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**The Must-Haves**:

- Familiar with the entire marketing mix - you have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications to different audience groups.
- Experience in planning, designing, executing and tracking performance of marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive conversions.
- Results-oriented and data-driven: Able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan, including measurement of digital marketing efforts using Web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Resourceful and creative: Knack for identifying great marketing creative. You work well with creative people, knowing how they need to be briefed and managed in order to deliver the most impactful creative work.
- Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
- At least 4 - 5 years of relevant marketing experience. Strong preference for experience with Internet, mobile and/or digital service products - with high impact on customer experience and journey.

**The Nice-to-Haves**:

- Undergraduate in a Communications-, Marketing
- or Business-related courses
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years experience in Consumer or Loyalty Marketing
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Excellent command of the English language; a precise writer
- Meticulous, with a strong eye for details
- Proficient in Google Suite; Proficiency with image-editing (Photoshop/Illustrator), HTML and web design is an added advantage
