**Technical Lead**:

- **Location: Singapore Job Summary
**1. Development and Optimization of Transaction Matching System**

Develop, optimize, and maintain the matching engine of the company's trading system to ensure stable and efficient operation in high-concurrency and high-load environments.

**2. System Architecture Design and Optimization**
- Contribute to the design of trading system architecture to ensure high availability, scalability, fault tolerance, and performance.

**3. High-Concurrency Processing and Performance Tuning**
- Manage high-concurrency requests to ensure order matching speed and system response time meet business needs.

**4. Trading Rules and Algorithm Design**

Understand trading business and market rules to design and implement matching algorithms and strategies that align with trading rules.

**5. Technical Leadership & Team Collaboration**
- Lead technical research and problem-solving efforts, providing guidance and support to team members.

**6. Security & Stability Guarantee**
- Focus on system security by contributing to the design of security measures for the transaction matching system to prevent attacks or abuse.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, or related fields.
- 5+ years of back-end development experience, with at least 3 years in financial trading system development (securities, futures, forex, etc.).
- Expertise in high-concurrency and low-latency system design, with familiarity with financial trading system processes and technologies.
- Proficiency in distributed system design, message queues, databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis), and caching technologies.
- Strong knowledge of high-performance computing, memory management, and concurrent programming to design low-latency matching engines and algorithms.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot/Spring Cloud frameworks.Experience with Java multithreaded programming, concurrency control, and JVM performance tuning for addressing system bottlenecks.
- Understanding of financial markets and instruments (e.g., securities trading, futures, forex) and the ability to design matching algorithms based on market rules.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in blockchain and digital currency trading system development.
- Technical expertise in financial derivatives, stock exchanges, or forex trading platforms.
- Familiarity with containerized technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) with a distributed deployment architecture understanding.
- Experience with PMP, Scrum, or other project management frameworks to efficiently drive projects in an agile development environment.
