**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **Must have 6-10 years of hairdressing experience in Precision haircut, Hair Colouring and styling.**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible for the overall operations and business results of the Saloon.**:

- **Acts as an expert in hair analysis is informed and educated in correlating saloon retail product offerings.**:

- **Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients and to ensure client satisfaction.**:

- **Assess staff performance and work quality and make hiring decisions.**:

- **Ensure saloon regulations: appearance, update, cleanliness and sanitation.**:

- **Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.**:

- **Must provide training needs for the team and access training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques for the team.**:

- **Actively participate in advance training or ongoing education in the latest fashion and trend.**:

- **Ability to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth.**:

- **Strong professional presentation, technical ability, relationship building and communication skill.**:

- **Adhere to saloon policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consultation and Client Communication**:Conduct initial consultations to understand the client's needs, preferences, and desired results.
Offer expert advice on hairstyle options based on factors like face shape, hair type, and lifestyle.
Recommend suitable hair care products to clients for maintaining healthy hair.
- **Haircutting and Styling**:Perform a range of haircuts including trims, layered styles, bob cuts, and more complex cuts tailored to individual clients.
Use various styling tools such as blow dryers, curling irons, straighteners, and clippers to create desired looks.
Style hair for various occasions, including everyday styles, special events, and formal occasions (e.g., weddings, proms).

Perform chemical treatments such as perms, relaxers, and straightening to alter hair texture or style.
Ensure that coloring techniques are done safely, with attention to the client's skin tone and hair health.
- **Shampooing and Conditioning**:Wash and condition clients' hair before styling, using appropriate products for hair type and condition.
Provide scalp treatments or other specialized services to address hair and scalp health.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization**:Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the salon, keeping workstations, tools, and equipment sanitized and organized.
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to prevent the spread of infections and ensure client safety.
- **Continuing Education and Staying Current**:Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, cutting techniques, and styling innovations through workshops, online courses, and industry events.
Experiment with new techniques and tools to offer clients a range of contemporary looks.
- **Client Retention and Building Relationships**:Build a loyal client base by delivering high-quality services and fostering a positive, professional relationship.
Handle client concerns, complaints, and requests with care, ensuring overall satisfaction.
- **Managing Appointments and Time**:Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient time management between clients.
Be punctual and maintain a smooth flow of services, minimizing wait times for clients.
- **Sales and Product Recommendations**:Suggest and sell hair care products that will help clients maintain their hair at home (e.g., shampoos, conditioners, styling tools).
Meet sales targets set by the salon for product sales.
- **Team Collaboration (If in a Salon Environment)**:Work collaboratively with other hairstylists, colorists, and support staff to ensure smooth salon operations.
Participate in team meetings and share expertise with colleagues to improve overall salon performance.

**SELECTION CRITERIA:
- **
- **Relevant work (Hair Saloon) experience of 5-6 years.**:

- **Must have experience in Precision Haircut, Hair Colouring and styling.**:

- **Knowledge of chemicals for hairstyles including colouring agents and solutions that change hair texture.**:
