- What role you will play?Based either in Singapore or Taipei, you are responsible for actively developing new client relationships and managing existing ones regionally in Asia through understanding the client’s roadmaps and positioning Macquarie’s unique and innovative products and solutions accordingly. Managing the end-to-end sales process daily to a successful conclusion, you will respond to clients with inventory availability, configuration, photos and pricing information, solicit client offers, connecting them to relevant internal resources, and work with the product team to identify opportunities. In addition, you will also provide sales updates and reports to the management team and share asset and market expertise for used semiconductor equipment within the team.
- What you offer- Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and strong experience with buying/selling used manufacturing equipment
- Background in sales and engineering with a demonstrated ability to engage with and maintain long-term client relationships locally and/or regionally in Asia
- Ideally 5 or more years’ experience working in the semiconductor industry with knowledge of integrated device makers, original equipment manufacturers and used equipment companies that are investors, brokers and equipment re-furbishers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team across regions, strong commercial acumen, drive and outcome focus
- Excellent communications skills with fluency in English and Mandarin due to the client coverage.
