- Handling Customer Enquiries on Fulfillment within or exceeding SLA and quality
- Follows established standard processes and escalate exceptions to Business Process Owner as appropriate
- Execute own function within statutory and compliance guidelines
- Maintain and retain collaborative efforts with cross functional groups to achieve maximum customer satisfaction**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, research, and reply to the customers’ enquiries on Fulfillment.
- Handling APAC Contact Change or Order Change transaction.
- Addressing underliverables / bad address issue / order issues with forwarders or partners.
- Compilation of metrics, revenue and credit amount
- Keeping track of compliance of Disti Validation Report
- Handling shipment consignment, Credit adjustment

**募集要項**
- Diploma holder and above
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain concepts preferred
- Previous experience with Export documentation and/or Order Management processes also required
- Ability to work under deadline while maintaining effective working relationships with customers, freight forwarders and colleagues is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment while being versatile and productive
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products eg. Excel, Word, Access etc
- Proficiencies in Japanese is a must.
- Any other Asian languages eg Korean, Chinese will be a definite plus
