As a** Trading Analyst**, your primary responsibility will be to operate and manage high frequency** **algorithmic trading strategies across European equities markets. You will work closely with and learn directly from senior traders, software engineers, and researchers with an opportunity to understand and develop trading strategies.

The regular schedule for this position will be 2:00pm to 12:30am.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and risk manage trading systems running in Europe
- Stay current with relevant market events, trading conditions, and industry developments
- Manually trade when necessary
- Analyze trading system performance, and advise on configuration changes
- Develop tools and software for analysis and automation
- Research market microstructure and execution strategies
- Contribute to statistical alpha research

***Required Experience & Skills**:

- A recent graduate with up to 3 years of relevant experience
- A bachelor's, masters or PhD in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Strong technical skills including programming or scripting experience (C++, java or python experience is preferred)
- A highly self-motivated, disciplined, fast learner who is able to work with mínimal supervision
- A strong ability to quickly and precisely process and communicate technical information within a team
- Detail oriented person who thrives on responsibility, challenges, and working in a competitive environment
