**Duties And Responsiblities**
- Establish the implementation process of products meeting platform’s needs
- Design and manage specific product features/implementation
- Logically define users’ needs, product performance, and development priorities
- Set up a work process to deliver effective result
- Align different teams involved in the development and launching of products based on clear objectives and requirements
- Manage projects using schedules, tasks, and issue management
- Proactively solve problems and take part in a rational decision making process
- Manage the overall process of product planning, developing and testing
**Qualification And Requirement**
- A minimum 3-year experience as Product Manager for a mobile/web/platform/IT service
- Ability to independently analyze/determine technical, procedural, or structural problems and provide solutions
- Ability to communicate based on empirical data and logic and quantify opinions
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work proactively with a sense of ownership
- Willingly to travel
**Good To Have
- Understanding of blockchain technology
