**Overview**:
We are hiring a Supply Analyst to assist in the end-to-end supply planning and provide procurement support across our global matcha business. The role requires strong coordination with suppliers in China and to a smaller extent, Japan, as well as internal stakeholders, to ensure the timely sourcing of matcha, packaging components, and accessories. The objective of the role is to provide optimal matcha procurement quantities and to communicate timely inbound shipments to external stakeholders, maintaining uninterrupted stock availability across all markets. Through accurate inventory tracking, structured reporting, and seamless coordination with suppliers and internal teams, the role enables efficient supply chain operations and informed purchasing decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Forecast the amount of matcha to procure and assist in the monthly procurement process of ordering of matcha based on historical sales data
- Maintain accurate matcha accessories inventory and packaging components inventory from service providers in China and matcha supply from suppliers in Japan
- Procurement of matcha accessories (e.g., whisks, spoons) and components (e.g., cans, stickers, labels, sachets) from China to Singapore and USA
- Track and update inbound shipment statuses from various suppliers to 3rd party warehouse service providers
- Consolidate supply-related data into clear, structured weekly reports for internal stakeholders
- Work with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate supplier invoice matching to price of raw materials
- Support improvements in supply chain reporting, procurement tracking, and documentation accuracy

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA / BBM), Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or vendor coordination will be a plus
- Experience working with Chinese and Japanese suppliers is a plus
- Conversational Mandarin or Japanese is a plus
- Detail-oriented, structured, and dependable in handling operational follow-ups and reporting tasks
