Roles & Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities
- Execute the comprehensive strategy on Tyre Pyrolysis feedstock management
- Provide consultancy related Business development enhancing the company's growth in circular economy solutions in Tyre industry and other sectors
- Understand and optimize the economics of the supply chain from the origin of feedstock to customer points.
- Develop and implement strategies on used tyre conversion to Tyre Chips
- Inform the board about industry trends, business models, and competitive dynamics.
- Lead partnerships to expand feedstock capabilities, consultancy services for Tyre Pyrolysis Oil producers in the best sustainable way
- Forge robust partnerships and alliances to support feedstock Logistics and supply chain for Rubber, Plastics and any other product that the management would consider under waste to energy circular economy project
- Innovate in the area of novel feedstock sources, aligning with global sustainability trends and company goals.
- Explore emerging opportunities worldwide
- Lead efforts across multiple regions, starting with Australia and South East Asia (excluding China) and potentially expanding to New Zealand, North and South America, the Middle East, and Europe.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Feedstock Supply, Finance, Legal, and Market Intelligence, to align strategic objectives and operational execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Prepare to manage a team of 2-3 direct reports in the future, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Work closely with the Chairman, CEO, and board to bring projects across the finish line, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective support in execution and delivery as requested by board from time to time

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 20 plus years experience in a reputed Logistics company
- Circular economy related certificate from a reputed university is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Tyre industry & Tyre customers Key Account Management and Account development track record
- Past experience in consultative selling and mandatory to be part of at least one Circular economy solution Project preferably in Tyre industry
- Strong analytical skills
- In-depth experience of 20 plus years in knowledge of logístical requirements in warehousing and Freight forwarding
- Familiarity with the economic and cultural dynamics of the APAC Tyre market; additional experience in other global markets is a plus.
- Strong financial acumen and experience working closely with legal and finance departments in a large organisation
- Willingness to travel extensively to develop and manage assignments Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and board members.
