Your technical expertise and strategic thinking will help us maintain our position as a leader in the competitive fintech space through data-driven optimization and innovative search strategies.What you'll doDefining and leading the organic search strategy for each market leading to more and higher rankings for specific key terms on natural search - creating visibility, traffic, and ultimately quality prospects we can convert into valuable clients.Own the ASO strategy and ensure that both direct and indirect ranking factors are catered for in a collaborative app strategy.Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement solutions across our global platform architectureDevelop and execute keyword strategies for financial products across multiple markets and languagesOptimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first experiencesCollaborate with development teams to implement technical SEO improvements and schema markupMonitor and analyse organic search performance using advanced analytics and reporting toolsEnsure all SEO activities comply with financial services regulations and YMYL content standardsWork with content teams to optimize on-page elements and user experience for search visibilityManage relationships with external SEO tools and agencies to maximize performanceWho we're looking for?You're curious about things like search algorithm updates, the intersection of UX and SEO, and the unique challenges of optimizing financial services websites. You're also a analytical, strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven results. We know that you know every technical problem has a solution.Here, you can experiment with cutting-edge SEO techniques, and lead the way in creating optimized experiences for our clients and everyone around you.What you'll need for this role3-5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or highly regulated industriesAdvanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Google AnalyticsStrong technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and understanding of website architectureKnowledge of Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and technical performance optimizationUnderstanding of YMYL content requirements and E-E-A-T principles for financial contentExperience with schema markup, structured data, and technical SEO implementationsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsExperience with large-scale website optimization and enterprise SEO challengesHow we work We try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
