**Role and responsibilities**:

- Describe the MRA (Start the sentence with a VERB, an action word)
1. Describe the Major Task/Activity required within above-mentioned MRA
Note: IF they need to differentiate job levels, DO reference Bloom’s Taxonomy for Verb usage
- Adheres to all work processes, assembly and testing procedures.
- Preparation and upkeep of procedures throughout the process of assembly and FAT.
- Supporting and carry out assembly/testing activities across work cells.
- Work closely with Assembly group leader in the planning of jobs, highlighting issues and pacer items.
- Input his/her labor hours accurately into Labor Tracking System (MES).

**Location**: Singapore

**You are meant for this job if**:

- At least a NTC 2 or Diploma in any Mechanical fitting, automotive or relevant.
- Minimum 5 years in a shop and/or engineering environment with experience in assembly and testing and a minimum 5 years working experience with surface production products. (Preferably FMC product lines.)
- Excellent skills in problem solving, total quality management, ingenuity and initiative are required to coordinate problem resolution and to execute the schedule requirements within a team environment
- Must be computer literate. Good knowledge and use of Microsoft suite (SAP knowledge desirable).
- Must possess excellent communication skills (written, oral and listening).
- Detailed knowledge of TechnipFMC or related product lines.
- Ability to guide and mentor others and demonstrates good leadership ability.
- Extensive knowledge in pressure testing (hydro, hydraulic and gas) complex production systems. Can troubleshoot failures and identify proactive safety concerns with regards to trapped pressure, failure modes and manifold setups.
