Responsibilities:
**Report to Design Manager;**
Design and to do preparation of shop drawings / sketches for architectural building plan including details of curtain wall, cladding, skylight, canopies, windows, doors, glazing and stell works;
**Prepare material take-off and cutting list;**
To do coordination / monitor fabrication / production works including site installation;
**To manage all design matters and review submission from and/or to main/sub-contractors;**
To ensure that the design produced are of high buildability values and cost effective for implementation;
**Assist in both proposals and active projects in the development of schedules for design, analysis for team management;**
Assist as the liaison between the proposal teams, the clients and the internal.

**Requirements**:
**Possess a recognised degree/diploma in Civil Engineering,Architecture or relevant filed**
At least 2 years of related working experience in facade, curtain wall, aluminum and steel structure
**Good knowledge of BIM / Revit software,be proficient in AutoCAD (example: cutting lists, shop drawings, fabrication drawings)**
Able to speak fluent English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
**Able to work in a fast paced environment**
Working Hours 5.5 days

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
