**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate UI Designer to join our growing product team. As a UI Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to translate user needs and business requirements into exceptional user experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Visual Execution**:Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, buttons, icons, widgets, and navigation bars.
Define and maintain visual style guides, design systems, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
Ensure designs are responsive and adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices (web, mobile, tablet).
Incorporate accessibility best practices into all designs to ensure usability for individuals with disabilities.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate closely with UX Designers to ensure the visual design aligns with the overall user experience strategy, user research findings, and user journeys.
Work cross-functionally with Product Managers to understand product goals, features, and functionalities, and translate them into effective UI solutions.
Partner with Developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented and provide design assets and guidance throughout the development process.
Present and defend design concepts, prototypes, and key milestone deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders.
Actively participate in design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- **User-Centered Approach**:Understand and incorporate user research insights (from UX team or self-conducted) into design decisions, focusing on addressing user pain points and enhancing usability.
Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, and proactively suggest innovative solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills and design process.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and user-system interaction.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

- Experience with animation and motion design for UI.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to inform design decisions.
