As a Senior Executive, Trade Marketing, you’ll play a key role in driving new subscriber growth for our prepaid business services, including Tourist SIMs. Your mission will be to create and execute impactful marketing strategies that engage our audience and convert prospects into loyal customers. You’ll work across multiple channels - from point-of-sale materials to digital and on-ground activations - ensuring that our messaging and branding are consistent and effective.

**Make an Impact by**
- Driving new subscriber growth for prepaid business services, including Tourists SIMs by developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including point-of-sale materials, digital, out-of-home, on-ground activations and ensuring consistent messaging and branding including development of ad/comms brief for external agency.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with external agency, product marketing, sales and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts that support business goals.
- Organise events to drive awareness of the product value propositions and to engage with the audience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to continuously refine communication strategies.
- Track and analyses weekly and monthly key performance indicators to ensure initiatives are on track to meet business objectives
- Manage and optimize marketing spent to ensure that all campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.

**Skills for Success**
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Min 3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
