**Scope of Work**
- Develop strategies on space management, infrastructure planning, project development and management
- Ensure optimal and sustainable design to facilitate world-class scientific research.
- Translate user requirements to design brief & technical specifications
- Establish project budget for the procurement of consultancy services and construction contracts.
- Advise and evaluate technical specifications
- Ensure sound engineering approach and / or technologies are exploited at reasonable cost.
- Manage construction timeline
- Ensure that the projects are completed safely, on schedule, fulfill budget marksmanship and meets the specified (quality) standards.
- Lead project meetings between project team, users, consultants, contractors for effective execution of project milestones.
- Provide technical direction and co-ordination.
- Prepare, review, check, and follow up on deliverables.
- Responsible for contracts in support of facilities management & maintenance of various infrastructure (ACMV / M&E services, BMS, Gas and Chemical Systems, Security Access Control, Cleaning & Pest Control, Landscaping, General Building services etc.)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and various external parties (Landlord, Contractors, Supplier)

**Requirements**:

- 8 years of relevant experience in small to middle sized capital investment projects, preferably in the process industry
- OR 10 years of relevant project controller experience supporting a main project manager in large capital investment projects
- Technical expertise in the construction or tech field (relevant BIM experience in project delivery/facility management).
- Knowledge in Civil, Structural, Architectural and HVAC design.
- Self-driven and meticulous individual who has the strong ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver results under tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and organization skills
- Able to communicate at all levels and able to think creatively and strategically
