Receptionist position
- The job scope is as follows:

- Liaising with our patients with regards to appointments, treatments, payments and other queries
- Liaising with patients through various platforms
- Building a strong rapport with patients using customer service skills
- Explaining treatments, price and procedures to patients

**You will require**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- A willingness to learn new skills
- The ability to speak articulately over the phone and in person in English and Mandarin.
- Diploma or equivalent
- Clinic opening hours: 9am-7pm
- 5 Days work week
- Available on Weekend
- Local applicants only
- Able communicate in English and Mandarin

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month
