Growth Marketing Manager

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on Japan. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, and fostering partnerships to increase our transaction volume in these key markets.

**Your Mission**

As a Growth Marketing Manager for Japan, you will:

- Drive growth initiatives and strategies across Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia, ensuring significant market penetration and user acquisition.
- Organize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize reach and impact.
- Lead product launches in the region, tailoring strategies to meet local needs and preferences.
- Experiment with new paid channels to identify and scale successful tactics, optimizing for cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with local partners, including travel agencies, platforms, and expat groups, to explore innovative avenues for transaction volume growth.
- Manage social media content, ensuring engaging and relevant material that resonates with our target audience in Japan.
- Work closely with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and produce comprehensive reports to guide future strategies.

**About You**
- Experience: You have at least 5 years of **marketing experience in Japan**, with a strong preference for backgrounds in fintech or related industries.
- Localization Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of local nuances across Japan markets and are skilled in tailoring strategies to fit diverse cultural contexts.You need to be a **native Japanese speaker**.
- Team Collaboration: You are a proactive team player with excellent project planning skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Data-Driven: Your approach is rooted in analytics; you leverage data to inform decisions and drive growth.
- Creativity: You bring creative flair to your strategies, constantly seeking innovative ways to engage audiences and achieve objectives.
- Communication: You are an effective communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate efficiently with teams and stakeholders.
