**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
1. As part of your employment and your role as Investment Analyst, you shall be responsible for monitoring the investment activities of the Company and developing the investment plans and policies.
2. Your specific job duties and responsibilities for the Company includes, but is not limited to, the following:
(a) contribute in shaping the broader business strategy of the Company for sustainability;
(b) Analyze public and private market investment opportunites which reflect the Company’s vision and mission;
(c) strategize and equip the Company to adapt to unforeseen challenges and adequately respond to emerging investment trends;
(d) periodically review the Company’s investment portfolio and its performance in accordance with Company’s policies;
(e) support fundraising efforts, particularly for sources of investment capital;
(f) develop and maintain knowledge on all market securities plans and investment trends;
(g) provide expert knowledge of investment and financial activities of the Company and manage project portfolios with investment team;
(h) hire, train and develop the employees in the investment team to efficiently handle investment related activities of the Company;
(i) build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banking and multilateral partners and government officials to develop specific investment opportunities for the Company.
