**Job Title: Commissioning Engineer (Marine Industry/ West)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop green marine solutions that reduces marine carbon footprint, in line with company business objectives.
- Perform PLC software and algorithm development for electrical propulsion solutions.
- Generate documentation of software architecture and logic flow, test procedures, quality control and any other necessary supporting documents.
- Conduct site visits and inspections: The Commissioning Engineer will visit Shipyard sites to inspect the installation and ensure that it is being carried out according to the plans and specifications.
- Responsible for commissioning of vessels with similar configurations.
- Perform system tests: The commissioning engineer will carry out functional and performance tests on the system or equipment to ensure that it meets all the requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to our delivered solutions that may arise during the vessel commissioning.

**Job Requirements**:

- To possess a Engineering Degree in the field of Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or its equivalent
- To have knowledge on PLC programming
- Possessing a good understanding in power electronics, motor drives, marine propulsion systems will be an added advantage
- Having a SSIC (Shipyard Safety Instruction Course) Certificate to go onboard shipyards would be preferred
