The Project QAQC Coordinator plans, coordinates, and directs the quality control program designed to support the Project QA Manager by ensuring the various delivery scopes and packages for the facility are planned, prepared and achieved by the EPC contractor in like with the Company expectations and technical requirements for the projects as set out in the governing documents. He/She is responsible for coordinating company's involvement in on-site activities and monitoring / reporting status on preparations for and execution of mechanical completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage implementation and verification of contractors and vendor inspection and testing activities.
- Supervise vendors to ensure they perform their duties in line with established quality procedures
- Manage inspection service companies for the vendor inspection callouts.
- Assign competent inspection personnel for the scope of supply.
- Perform technical review of supplier data submissions typically quality plans and procedures, inspection and test plans, quality personnel qualifications, manufacturing records and certification.
- Manage implementation of supplier technical query related to quality, non-conformance, corrective action, and inspection release management processes.
- Ensure manufacturing/fabrication processes of vendors and contractors follow both national and international standards of construction
- Ensure vendor packages inspection release conditions are updated and elevated to completion and commissioning teams
- Maintain and update the vendor inspection tracker.
- Prepare and present reports to update QA Manager on quality activities.
- Implement non-conformance, correction action, and preventive action management processes.
- Evaluate the inspection agencies performance
- If Assigned, perform quality audits that address ISO 9001 requirements including technical requirements of the engineering, procurement and construction phases of projects delivery.
- Participate in investigations related to quality of service/deliverable
- Participate in root cause analysis and lesson learned sessions.

Job Requirements:

- University degree, or engineering diploma, or relevant experience in quality from maritime, oil and gas or offshore related industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA-QC role
- Relevant inspector training for welding/painting
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or at least Internal Quality Auditor
- Has worked on similar projects
- Skills and experience in project awareness, proven track record with strong coordination skills, well-developed planning and organizing and good communicator
