Job Description Summary: As a Senior Analyst at PayPal's Cybersecurity Defense Center, you will monitor, respond to, and proactively hunt for security threats, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our incident response capabilities. Your expertise will drive innovation in the evolving cyber defense threat landscape, safeguarding our digital assets and users' data to ensure secure online transactions and protecting the privacy of our customers' information. Together, we will defend against emerging threats and build a resilient security foundation.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor, respond to, and proactively hunt for security threats
- Deep dive of analysis and investigations as part of daily activities, addressing advanced and complex threats faced by PayPal
- Collaborate with peers to enhance our incident response capabilities
- Partner with internal teams to drive security initiatives, contribute to cross-functional projects, and at times co-lead efforts to strengthen PayPal’s security posture
- Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team’s output through observations and informed decision-making, driving a positive influence on immediate and partnering teams.
- Always remain at the forefront of the ever evolving cyber threat landscape
- Stay updated continuously with cybersecurity news, playing a crucial role in safeguarding our infrastructure and defending against emerging threats

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
