
Catering Operations Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- To ensure the highest level of efficiency in the delivery of services and SOPs to customers in accordance with the catering agreement or contracts
- Create and enforce the best operational procedures
- Scheduling of daily delivery and resolving daily delivery issues
- Work closely with Kitchen and Sales departments
- Positive problem-solving attitude and ensure smooth and timely deliveries
- Supervise and optimise the entire operations workflow including warehousing and storage
- Implement and enforce clear operational hygiene standards and processes
- Oversee and monitor all operations and logistics for all catering events
- Manage manpower planning to suit different catering needs
- Complete customer deliveries and requests
- Act as backup for other customer service and drivers during their absence
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and routine maintenance with the workshop
- Responsible for team performance and discipline
- Coordinate ad-hoc emergency response
- Incident reporting
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Min ‘ITE’ or ‘Diploma’ Qualifications with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/ MS Word)
- Possess class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills will be an advantage
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills and ability to lead team
- Calmness under pressure - stable performance even when under heavy pressure or stress.
