School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) is a newly established interdisciplinary joint school under College of Engineering and College of Science at NTU Singapore. The Chiba group in CCEB is pursing development of new sustainable synthetic transformation and catalysis that allows for efficient production of complex organic molecules of medicinal and materials interests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily experiments and analyses of the data obtained from them- To assist the project progress within the project team- To submit weekly reports on the experimental results- To give an oral presentation in group meeting- To maintain the reagent inventory and place orders for lab consumables

Job Requirements:
- BSc in chemistry- At least 1 year laboratory experience to conduct experimental research (preferably research in synthetic chemistry) in advanced institutions.- Basic analytical skills in NMR, mass spec, IR, UV-vis, etc.
