**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the activities of tunnel construction in the tunnel boring machine
- Ensure that all works are carried out to meet company’s quality standards and requirements
- Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
- To co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation
- Support Project Manager and Engineers
- Control material wastage and manage workers on site
- Ensure project specifications are fulfilled & that company regulations are being adhered to
- Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times
- Assist the Mechanical/ Electrical and Operations Staff to target mínimal downtime of the TBM Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Diploma qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or trade certification
- Min 5 years experience of underground structure or tunnelling works
- Must have relevant work experience as a TBM Site Supervisor
