**Responsibilities**
- Lead, direct, and manage the Worship department for Chinese Ministry, pursuing the strategic vision of the Church and furthering the Kingdom of God.
- Lead and/or oversee the provision of worship and production at all church-wide events, weekend services, special services, etc., for the Chinese ministry.
- Preach, teach and conduct relevant workshops for Chinese worship volunteers.
- Identify and raise worship leaders, develop the worship band, oversee the Chinese worship team.
- Develop and equip church volunteers to be involved in the worship band both as musicians and on the AV side with regular training.
- To instill the heart of worship and worship ministry practices to volunteers.
- Provide pastoral care, leadership and mentoring to the worship team in their calling, character and skills.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and church policies, especially CCLI.
- Responsible for the annual planning and budgeting of the worship ministry in alignment to the church and compliance with finance processes.
- Coordinate and mobilize the manpower (worship) to serve the needs of the church.
- Ensure maintenance of music equipment or other equipment under Creative Arts Ministry.
- Involve in specific projects or taskforce assigned by church leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Musically gifted and is called to full-time ministry, and has a strong passion for leading worship being sensitive to spiritual direction and atmosphere.
- Possess significant experience in leading a worship team in the Chinese ministry.
- Good understanding of AV and broadcasting, IT technology, software and programmes for worship.
- Effective team leader and player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Has theological training or pursuing theological courses, preferably, from a Pentecostal college.

职责：
- 领导、指导和管理中文事工的崇拜部门，实现教会的战略目标，推动上帝的国度。
- 主持和/或监督中文事工的所有教会活动、周末崇拜聚会、特别聚会等的敬拜和制作。
- 为中文崇拜团队服侍人员宣讲、教导，并举办相关的工作坊。
- 找出和培养崇拜领诗人员，发展崇拜乐队，监管中文崇拜团队。
- 培养和装备教会服侍人员参与崇拜团队，包括为乐器手和音视频方面安排定期培训。
- 向服侍人员灌输敬拜的心灵和执行崇拜事工的操作惯例。
- 在敬拜团队的呼召、品格和技能上，为他们提供牧养关怀、领导和指导。
- 确保遵守所有法规和教会政策，特别是CCLI的规定。
- 负责崇拜事工的年度规划和预算，并确保与教会的目标一致，以及符合财务程序。
- 协调和动员崇拜团队的人力资源，以服侍教会的需要。
- 确保维护保养属于创艺事工的音乐设备或其他设备。
- 参与教会领导分配的特定项目或工作组。

要求：
- 具有音乐天赋，蒙召从事全职事工，并对领导敬拜充满热情，对属灵方向和氛围敏感。
- 拥有在中文事工中领导崇拜团队的丰富经验。
- 对音视频和广播、信息技术(IT)、敬拜软件和程序有良好的理解。
- 具有出色的人际关系和组织能力，是高效的团队领导者和成员。
- 具有神学训练或正在攻读神学课程，最好是来自五旬宗的学院。
