Singapore GENSCRIPT BIOTECH (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**
- According to the department's rules and procedures, synthesize the targeted Gene required by the customer
- To perform a series of experimental procedures such as PCR, Ligation Transformation, Bacterial Inspection, Plasmid Construction, Quality Inspection and etc.
- Perform data record analysis, result evaluation and etc.
- Ensure that safety production management regulations and product production SOP requirements are followed strictly. Operate experiments independently which include: Gene Synthesis, Vector Construction, Gene Mutation,Plasmid Extraction, Sequence Analysis, Sequencing, PCR & qPCR, Reagent Preparation, Quality Inspection and etc.
- Problem identified in production process should be reported in a timely manner and actively solve the issues with team
- Make sure the handover of the experiment on the day is done properly and simple analysis of the problem is made of the unfinished experiment
- To complete other tasks assigned by superiors

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology, Cell biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or Equivalent
- Solid foundation inMolecular Biology and Cell Biology; strong background in experimental operation; familiar with Conventional techniques of genetic engineering, such as Isolation and Manipulation of DNA (i.e:Primer Design,Plasmid Design, PCR, RestrictionDigestion, Homologous Recombination, CRISPR/Cas9 Gene Editing,Transformation, Plasmid Isolation, Sequence Analysis and etc.)
- Strong sense of achievement; resilient andability to performunder the pressure
- Team player with good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Working knowledge of document reading and writing skills
