Electrical Facility Engineer

Singapore SEATRIUM (SG) PTE. LTD. Full time

As the main first response for facilities and equipment breakdowns, the facility engineer will be managing and leading the team of in-house technicians in following through the routine inspections, rectification of general plant defects and ad-hoc maintenance repairs
- Familiar with government related submissions; NEA and ISO standards
- Ensure the infrastructure and facilities comply with relevant and updated authority regulations and codes of practices
- Conducts root cause analysis and recommend for improvement works or enhancement to planned maintenanceEnsures maintenance activities are carried out according to department SOP.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Facility Building Management. Advanced diploma or diploma holders with rich experience are encouraged to apply
- Familiar with BCA and Singapore Standards. Having Energy Manager certificate will be a bonus
- Technical background in related facilities equipment and 2 years relevant experience with (BMS, Lighting Protection System, Fire Alarm, PA, Fire Protection etc) maintenance and service quality mindset
- Experienced in budget management and financial analysis skills
- Possess high standards of integrity and urgency
- Charismatic personality who is a valuable team player with excellent leadership qualities
- Excellent time disciplined traits
