- **Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, ensuring a thorough and organized record of customer communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven customer service experience or relevant background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From $3,000.00 per month
