**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Management**:Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with ECDA regulations.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of educators, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- **Curriculum Development**:Drive the implementation of Montessori and Waldorf-inspired methodologies, ensuring a balanced approach to experiential and hands-on learning.
Support the creation and evaluation of engaging lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones.
- **Parent Engagement**:Act as a key liaison with parents to build trust and strong partnerships.
Organize workshops and seminars to align parents with the preschool’s philosophies.
- **Operational Excellence**:Ensure the safety and well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders.
Manage budgets, resources, and enrollment targets effectively.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership is a must **(ECDA-certified).
- **Degree in Early Childhood Education will be advantageous.**:

- Proven experience in preschool leadership roles (minimum 3 years).
- Strong knowledge of Montessori or Waldorf teaching principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passionate about creating an enriching and nurturing environment for children and educators.
