**Job Purpose**

Ensure operations continuity and stock productions.

**Responsibilities**
- Learn about support functions of farm and carry them out (i.e. packing, paperwork, etc.)
- Supervise and manage farmers (feeding, harvesting, etc.)
- Liaise with operation team to plan production volume
- Oversee on-farm logistics and dispatching of orders

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable working in the ocean farm environment
- ITE certificate in engineering or higher qualifications are welcomed to apply
- Specialization, knowledge, and experience in Agricultural Technology is an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to look at high level system design is a huge advantage

**Other qualities we are looking for**:

- Independent and able to self-learn

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
