Job Scope:
Developing and implementing IT policies: developing and implementing IT policies that ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.
Drive and lead IT digitalization initiatives, identify and implement suitable technologies.
Collaborate with department users to establish system modification requirements and specifications.
Preparation of proposals for all phases of systems planning testing, development, and implementation.
Coordinate with vendors and consultantsto procure products and services for enhancing and maintaining the computer system. Manage IT budgets, resources, and relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
Liaise and communicate effectively with:
- all levels of users on software/hardware support requests.
vendors on software/ hardware issues, solutions and purchases.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Managing the company's IT infrastructure: This involves overseeing the maintenance and upgrades of the company's hardware, software, and network systems.
Create and update documents for IT inventory, projects & tasks.
**Requirements**:
Degree in information technology/computer information systems/computer science or related.
Strong analytical ability, good team player and good communication skills
